Colorino ("App", "we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application that turns your photos and text descriptions into coloring pages and AI-generated artwork. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Colorino on iOS and Android.
Colorino does not require you to create an account or sign in. You can use the app without providing your name, email address, or phone number.

Before generating your first image, the app asks you to confirm that your photo will be sent to Google for AI processing. You can decline and choose not to use the AI generation feature.
When you submit a photo or text prompt, it is transmitted to our servers (hanodecor.com), which forward it to Google's Gemini API (Gemini 2.5 Flash Image) for AI image processing. Google processes this content solely to generate your output image, in accordance with the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Output images are stored on our servers and/or your device so you can view, share, print, or save them. We do not publish your images or prompts publicly unless you choose to share them yourself.
We encourage you not to upload sensitive images (such as ID documents, medical information, or images of minors without proper consent).

We do not store your payment card or banking details. All payments are processed by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies. We receive only the data necessary to verify your purchase (product ID, transaction ID, and receipt/token).
Restore Purchases is available in Settings and uses the same Apple ID or Google Account used for the original purchase.

Colorino is a creative app suitable for various ages, but it is not directed at children under 13 for the purpose of knowingly collecting personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@hano.to and we will take steps to delete such information.

To request deletion of server-side data: Email contact@hano.to with your Device ID (found in Settings → User ID).
Your data may be processed in Vietnam, the United States, and/or other countries where our servers and service providers (including Google) operate. We apply appropriate safeguards when transferring data across borders.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Colorino after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
